Do I need KYC to buy USDT?
Not to get started: you can buy 1 – 15 USDT per order without KYC and 1 – 30 USDT with KYC. Completing KYC also changes how many orders you can place a day and a month.
Can the rate change after I place the order?
No. The rate is locked into the order when you place it. A new order uses the rate at that time.
How do I pay the merchant?
By UPI, to the merchant’s UPI ID shown in the order, within 7 minutes. Pay from a bank account in your own name and keep the UPI reference number.
What if I paid but the order isn’t completing?
Tap “I have paid” and keep your UPI reference. If the merchant doesn’t confirm in time, open a dispute from the order — the USDT stays locked while our team checks your proof.
Which network is the USDT on?
BEP-20 on BNB Smart Chain. When you withdraw, use a BEP-20 address only — sending to another network can lose the funds.
Is there a fee?
